Unfortunately I hired Mr. Ostfeld for my work injury, and I regret every minute of it . Even when I made an appointment to review my case with him on the phone, he either didn't answer or didn't have a any idea of my case. His answer was always "I don't have your file in front on me", well than why... did we schedule a phone call to review my case? If you have a work injury, do yourself a favor....find yourself a good lawyer, willing to listen to you, know your case and defend you!
