Also included in my civil trial experience is PIP litigation. This type of litigation is specific to insurance companies, and their breach of contract to their own insured.

Jared F. Bossola was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to Southern Florida in 1998. Mr. Bossola attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in 1998, in Sociology. He further pursued a legal education, which relocated him to South Florida. In 2000, Mr. Bossola earned an Associate’s Degree from Broward College in Legal Assisting. Ultimately, in 2003, Mr. Bossola achieved his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.

 

Throughout his legal studies, Mr. Bossola was awarded for his success in Trial Advocacy Practice, putting on trials and the successful resolution to legal matters. After admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Bossola acquired additional legal licenses to include practicing in Federal Courts. Currently, Mr. Bossola is admitted to practice Federal Law in the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Southern Districts of Florida. Aditionally, Mr. Bossola is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.

 

Mr. Bossola has been employed as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, and a full-time Attorney since 1999, and was previously a partner of Distefano, Bossola & Kennedy, PLC.  On October 18, 2012, Mr. Bossola opened the doors to his own private law practice, Jared F. Bossola, PLC.

 

Through his employment, Mr. Bossola has gained the knowledge and legal experience of handling significant personal injury and wrongful death matters, PIP litigation and contractual dispute cases, as well as the lead-litigator of all criminal defense work for the firm. He has handled both jury, and non-jury trials, in addition to countless calendar calls, motions, and other such hearings within the State and Federal Courtrooms of Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie Counties. Criminally, Mr. Bossola has handled numerous felonies, misdemeanors, violations of probation, and criminal traffic infraction cases from inception through resolution. Additionally, Mr. Bossola is taking on an additional area of practice for sports and entertainment law, representing some of the largest names in professional sports, television and movies. 

 

Mr. Bossola has previously been featured on the South Florida Local News Stations, the Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald, and the Palm Beach Posts for his legal representation of various clients whose cases became newsworthy.

Simply Outstanding
I will be the first to admit that I am the type of individual who will complain If I am not satisfied with the services that I receive. That said, when I do receive outstanding service, I feel that I have an obligation to let people know. I recently had the pleasure of working with attorney Jared Basola and I have to say that although I have never been very fond of attorneys (lol), I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and the outstanding level of service that was provided to me from both Attorney Basola and his outstanding staff. Both Ava and Christopher (who were assigned to my case) are highly competent, extremely accommodating and are very happy and eager to provide assistance. Unlike most attorneys, I never felt worried about calling Attorney Basola’s office regardless of the importance or urgency, they were always happy to help. In addition to Ava and Christopher, Attorney Basola was always available to take my call if I had a question for him directly. His demeanor was always friendly, professional and he was genuinely happy to provide the information that I had requested. In addition, Jared is a truly dedicated and great attorney who negotiated an outstanding settlement that I didn’t expect. All things being said, I couldn’t have been more pleased with his guidance and the eventual outcome. Although I hope that I will never need Jared’s services again, I am happy to know that I will always have him on my side. Best man for the job
Jared is honestly the best. He and his staff are always available and very helpful. It doesn't matter what I need he is only a text away. He's very knowledgable and patient. He tells it like it is and gives his all. I love him, he's the best at what he does.

Simply Perfect!
I was amazed at the detail and customer service I received with Jared. I hear a lot of stories from other car accident victims who use different law firms, hearing numerous complaints (never could speak with their lawyer, only talks to a paralegal, never in office, etc.) With Jared, it was a completely different experience. He was always available, even in the early morning hours and after work. He was always responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. He explained things to me, at our initial meeting, and took his time to make sure I knew what to expect through this process. His innovative technology was very impressive, as well. Making everything digital was an amazing feature that no other law firm provides. He truly is numerous steps ahead of the competition in both technology and customer service. And lastly, I really loved his personality. One of the funniest, yet concerned people I've ever come in contact with! What a GREAT experience turned out from a crummy start!! Everyone should hire Jared Bossola!

Best PI Attorney around!

The BEST lawyer around!
I had no intention of using a lawyer when I posted about my traffic accident on Facebook last year. Fortunately, a co-worker saw my post and recommended I see Jared and hire him to represent me. The past year has been an infuriating back and forth with my insurance company. Jared has had my back the ENTIRE time. He kept in constant contact with me through the entire situation and worked very hard on my behalf so that I was compensated for my injuries. Jared responded to emails, phone calls and even text messages from me in a timely manner and always fights hard to support his clients. I hope to never be in the situation to need a personal injury attorney again. However, if the situation arrises, knowing who to hire will be a no brainer. Jared Bossola is the best!

Mr. Bossola gets the job done
Worked hard on my case, He definitely knows what he is doing. He keeps in contacts with his clients and deals with hassling insurance companies so you don't ever have to. very honest, and fair on attorney fees

I have used Mr. Jared for my son's criminal case and he did excellent job. He had 4 yrs probation and he reduces it to 1yrs.
I would recommend Mr. Jared with any case.

Dispute with roofing company
Jared put things into a clear perspective and didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but told me what I needed to know. He helped to cancel the contract by negotiating a settlement amount. I could not have done it without him. He is very sharp.
