Mark has ran the extra mile to help me, he has kept me informed all the time of how the case is going and what has been needed. I have felt totally confident, since he is very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend him, he has fought for me in such difficult times, very compassionate... and understanding.

Very knowledgeable and thorough

I consulted/hired Mr. Roher (referral from my divorce attorney) regarding a bad debt owed to me. He filed the appropriate lawsuit and represented me in Bankruptcy Court (Miami). This case was complicated by several deficiencies on the part of the defendant throughout the process but Mr. Roher respond...ed promptly and aggressively. Though we lost the case in court, I could not have been more pleased with my attorney! Working on collecting that debt now and a satisfactory ending to that debacle.

Rude and did not know the law

Gave incorrect advice on Florida law that wasted our time. Then he said he was too busy to discuss.

This individual was not a client of mine. He was somebody who kept demanding free legal advice over and over again and refused to retain me. Once I told him that I would no longer provide free advice he got upset.
