Super lawyer

Mr. Matheny is an awesome lawyer, I had problems with license due to me being a knuckle head. I found out about Mr. Matheny online late night at work, I wrote send my request and the ma replied right back to me it was like 4 o clock in the am. Well I gave him my info he looked my license up, set a m...eeting, explained to me step by step how he will break all my tickets down, I had over 20 tickets. Each one was taken care off, and he minimize my initial cost of what it would have cost me had I not found Mr. Matheny I had no license for the past 4 years. I email Mr. Matheny on a Sunday met him on Monday, had my licence clear, no bench warrants, I didn't have to show up to court, and did not have to pay every single ticket, got my license back the following Friday. Thank you Mr. Matheny awesome later. Very professional, polite and gets the job done.

Excellent Service

Dismissed my Hit & Run Citation

It was a bad day with my Hit/Run citation until I jumped on a call with Eric. I had been sideswiped when I illegally merged back into traffic, though the damage was minimal, the other party wanted to make it an issue. At first, the discussion was that the other party was trying to get me to pay them ...in cash for the damages in exchange for not having the police involved. When I refused then the cops were called and the discussion devolved into a very heated argument. Poor judgment leads me to get in the car and leave the scene. The next day when I called in to report the incident, I was told that the situation was now a Hit & Run scenario which can carry criminal charges. Called Eric, who answered on NEW YEARS EVE, and had me walk through the entire situation and timeline. Logically broke down what my options were, probable outcomes, and was clearly speaking from years of experience. From the first call, he predicted everything that actually ended up occurring through the process. Eric also made it clear that though he felt confident he could help my case, the devil would be in the details and that we would address them accordingly. Fast forward to present day, he got everything dismissed and nothing on my record. As if it never happened. I never had to call Eric, he was proactive with his updates and timely. Eric is a straight-shooting legal professional that I will be coming back to. I highly recommend him.

Highly Recommend

I did something stupid and found myself in a bad situation. I’ve never been in a situation like this before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was scared and lost. After consulting with a few attorneys, I decided to go with Eric and I’m so glad I did. From the start he made me feel at ease and explai...ned everything thoroughly. He is professional, knowledgable, and very kind. I could always email him with any questions I had and he would respond within minutes. He always kept me updated every step of the way. Mr.

Professional. Hard Working. Honest. Respectful. Courteous. A good man. These are just a few adjectives to describe Mr. Matheny! I was exceptionally nervous when meeting for the first time. I had no experience with a lawyer or more importantly, the judicial system, process. My knowledge of attorneys ...were based solely on stereotypes and generalizations. My issue was quite serious and I had many doubts, concerns. Mr. Matheny was avaible day and night, to answer my calls, return my emails immediately.
