Do Not Hesitate Call Eric Matheny

Needing a criminal attorney is not one of the proudest moments in your life. Previous to this isolated incident I had a crystal clear record. To say I was scared, ashamed, and thinking my life as I knew it was over would be an understatement. I hired Eric after one phone conversation due to his confi...dence and knowledge of the law. He explained, in detail, what I should expect and even though I didn’t like it how long it would take. Mr. Eric Matheny handled my case ( and me ) with such professionalism and “kid gloves”. I called him for everything , he always returned my phone calls and always made me feel like I was his first priority. The day we went to court Mr. Matheny met me outside, he was very polite, and kind. The minute we walked into the courtroom Attorney Eric Matheny demanded respect. Since the incident was in Monroe County I was nervous, not Eric, he knew his way around the courtroom, I felt protected, defended, and safe the entire time Mr. Matheny was my attorney. My biggest fear was my record. After the court appearance I was offered a diversion program ( I finished in a day ) and the record was expunged. Let’s just say I was not the easiest client Mr. Eric Matheny had hoped for but he treated me with the utmost respect, my case was high importance and no matter what he always made me believe everything would be ok and it was. The end result is I am happily working for a corporation, that does background checks, and have moved on with my life. If you are trying to make a decision, like I was, on which attorney to hire..... stop right now and hire Mr. Eric Matheny. You can’t afford not to. Thank you Eric, you are the best. J.W.

Attorney Review

Fantastic experience!!

I called Mr. Matheny on a very late night in regards to a hit & run accident, sure enough the very next morning I was receiving a phone call directly from him where he made sure I understood all the details and felt confident enough in allowing him to work on my case. He was very reasonable with the ...price and contacted me throughout the whole investigation whether it was by phone or email but I was always aware of the process of the case. I absolutely admire his dedication to his clients and his work ethics just as much as his great and friendly personality. If I ever need a lawyer I will definitely be contacting him again. My case is now closed, with no fault and no tickets on my license, everything resolved within 2 weeks!!

Excellent attorney.

I recently dealt with a situation in which I was being investigated for a potential felony charge. I am located out of state, so the thought of having to travel back multiple times for appearances, a potential trial, etc. was quite stressful. From the moment that Eric took my initial call, he was ver...y transparent about the enormity of the situation, but also provided me with a great sense of reassurance regarding more positive outcomes. He was in contact often throughout the case and provided updates promptly when he received them. Eric worked closely with the prosecutor to present evidence that charges were unwarranted that ultimately led to a complete dismissal of the charges.
