Problem solved

Retained for representation in expunging unwitting traffic misdemeanor. Pleased that the matter was handled promptly and effectively. Very professional but considerate with me and no doubt with those with whom he interacted on my behalf, which is doubly reassuring.

Do Not Hesitate Call Eric Matheny

Needing a criminal attorney is not one of the proudest moments in your life. Previous to this isolated incident I had a crystal clear record. To say I was scared, ashamed, and thinking my life as I knew it was over would be an understatement. I hired Eric after one phone conversation due to his confi...dence and knowledge of the law. He explained, in detail, what I should expect and even though I didn’t like it how long it would take. Mr. Eric Matheny handled my case ( and me ) with such professionalism and “kid gloves”. I called him for everything , he always returned my phone calls and always made me feel like I was his first priority. The day we went to court Mr. Matheny met me outside, he was very polite, and kind. The minute we walked into the courtroom Attorney Eric Matheny demanded respect. Since the incident was in Monroe County I was nervous, not Eric, he knew his way around the courtroom, I felt protected, defended, and safe the entire time Mr. Matheny was my attorney. My biggest fear was my record. After the court appearance I was offered a diversion program ( I finished in a day ) and the record was expunged. Let’s just say I was not the easiest client Mr. Eric Matheny had hoped for but he treated me with the utmost respect, my case was high importance and no matter what he always made me believe everything would be ok and it was. The end result is I am happily working for a corporation, that does background checks, and have moved on with my life. If you are trying to make a decision, like I was, on which attorney to hire..... stop right now and hire Mr. Eric Matheny. You can’t afford not to. Thank you Eric, you are the best. J.W.

Excellent

Eric Matheny handle my sons criminal case in which he was being falsely accused. His services are amazing. The moment We walked into his office and had our first consult I knew everything would be ok. He explained step by step how the legal process is and made sure we understood everything that was h...appening. He answered all of my calls and text, even checked in several times during the week to update us. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to family and friends. Reliable and Responsive Lawyer

I can only say good things about Eric Matheny. I read his article online about the Expungement Process in Florida and I called him for a consultation. Since the very first moment he took his time to explain to me about the process and responded to all my questions with patience and clarity. Amazing!

Found out I had an old bench warrant and when I called Eric he went to the courts the same day and jumpe don the case. His sense of urgency and knowledge got the old case dismissed quickly and now hes helping me get it expunged. AMAZING experience, especially considering one week from our first call ...the whole thing was over. I know Eric will be there for me!
