This man is awesome but

Mr. Matheny has been a blessing. I found him by recommendation via word of mouth and he lived up to every word, and then some. Helped me to resolve my issues( which were complicated and extensive) in less then 10 days and my life's looking up and back on track. I am not the most technologically savvy... person but where I dropped the ball Eric picked it up, and made sure we found a way to complete the task at hand in a timely and efficient manner. I never had to hunt him down or harrass him for updates, he is always good about contacting you regarding updates, changes, and/or decisions that need to be made.. and if you happen to need him, his calls are always forwarded to a person not a voicemail, and he always calls back.. this is a knowledgeable, honest, and respectable person. He has your back, and best interest in mind... Plus, HE DOES HIS JOB VERY WELL

Fantastic Service

Contacted Eric for an Expungement. He handled it from begging to end, flawlessly. Always fast to respond to any and all of my questions with no hesitation. The best part is I was kept me abreast and informed through the entire process. Would recommend 10/10

The best choice

There is just not enough words that I can use to describe how helpful Eric has been for me. He has been diligent in making sure that I received exactly what I hired him for he’s efficient and effective he keeps me in formed at all times while working on my case I cannot recommend anyone else and if I... ever find myself in a situation like this again I know who I need to call.

Do Not Hesitate Call Eric Matheny

Needing a criminal attorney is not one of the proudest moments in your life. Previous to this isolated incident I had a crystal clear record. To say I was scared, ashamed, and thinking my life as I knew it was over would be an understatement. I hired Eric after one phone conversation due to his confi...dence and knowledge of the law. He explained, in detail, what I should expect and even though I didn’t like it how long it would take. Mr. Eric Matheny handled my case ( and me ) with such professionalism and “kid gloves”. I called him for everything , he always returned my phone calls and always made me feel like I was his first priority. The day we went to court Mr. Matheny met me outside, he was very polite, and kind. The minute we walked into the courtroom Attorney Eric Matheny demanded respect. Since the incident was in Monroe County I was nervous, not Eric, he knew his way around the courtroom, I felt protected, defended, and safe the entire time Mr. Matheny was my attorney. My biggest fear was my record. After the court appearance I was offered a diversion program ( I finished in a day ) and the record was expunged. Let’s just say I was not the easiest client Mr. Eric Matheny had hoped for but he treated me with the utmost respect, my case was high importance and no matter what he always made me believe everything would be ok and it was. The end result is I am happily working for a corporation, that does background checks, and have moved on with my life. If you are trying to make a decision, like I was, on which attorney to hire..... stop right now and hire Mr. Eric Matheny. You can’t afford not to. Thank you Eric, you are the best. J.W.

Exceptional

I'm more than glad that I hired Eric to represent me in my case. The amount of stress and time that is consumed by having to deal with a criminal/domestic case can be overwhelming. However, Eric made the process clear and and gave me the advice/information that was needed instead of complicating the ...process more. He truly knows what he is doing and he advocates for his clients. His communication was on of the best that I have seen in all my years of knowing lawyers. I could text him asking him if I could speak to him sometime soon and I'd be getting a call from him 5 minutes later. Absolutely amazing and hard to find. Not to mention, the outcome of my case was great. I'd recommend Eric without a hesitation.
