Amazing!

I met with a few lawyers before Eric, and they all tried to rob me blind, I barely make ends meet and I wasn't sleeping. Until I came across Eric Matheny's information online. When I spoke with him for the first time he some how made me feel at ease, he explained everything from beginning to end with... out sugar coating it, and also made sure I understood he was going to be try his best. He kept me up to date with every single move he made, I was CC'd in the emails he sent out and he would contact me to let me know if he spoke to someone about my case, and he didn't rob me blind he charged fee that I thought was reasonable for a lawyer to charge for my case. I fully 100% recommend Eric to Every one he is amazing! Thank you Eric for all your help in my case!!

Simply the Best

Despite being 1500 miles away, Mr Matheny demonstrated what a being true professional is all about. With a reasonable fee, he was able to rectify my situation in a very timely manner. A wonderful Attorney

We all make mistakes in our life, especially when we are young. I had an outstanding violation of Probation warrant for over 30 years due to my drug addiction when I was young . I never committed a violent crime. Throughout the last 30 years of my life, I relocated out of the State of Florida and I h...ave become a very different person . I have had a successful career, raised a wonderful son, and have been happily married for almost 22 years Mr. Matheny helped me to resolve this issue quickly and efficiently and got all of the charges dropped, the warrant quashed, and the probation terminated. I have numerous illnesses, some of which do not allow me to travel. Mr Matheny never assured me as to the possible outcome of the case. I appreciated this because every case is different as is with every judge and prosecutor. Mr. Matheny fought for me. He was always in touch with me, and is VERY easy to get a hold of and was always honest with me. I could call him or email him and would get a response within an hour if not minutes. He is a very proactive Attorney and I am completely satisfied with the outcome, it was worth every penny. He is very fair in the pricing of his cases and works very hard for you. The best of all of this is that he is honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and you can count on him to work hard! I cannot thank him enough!!!

Great attorney

I was being charged with a hit and run because apparently someone had wrote my license plate number and filed a police report stating I hit them. So a police detective reached out to me first to resolve this matter via the insurance but then eventually he started threatening me stating he calls my i...nsurance and no one helps him. He told me if he had to call one more time, that I'd be in trouble and could even face arrest!! So at that point I decided to hire a lawyer, and I found Eric. He was great he told me he would be there every step of the way even if he had to go down to the police station with me. He told me if I had any concerns to call him anytime day or night. Took a huge weight off my shoulder, especially since I've never had a problem with the law. All the calls and threats from the police stopped and he got the case dropped in the end. Very easy to work with and very reasonable. I'd recommend him.

Beyond Excellent Attorney!!!

I have to say that Eric Maheny is an excellent attorney! I was going through a serious traffic/suspended license issue that I thought didn't have resolve. I was in complete dispair and knew if I handled the issue alone the court would have buried me under. In all honesty when you have a serious ca...se don't go to court un-represented! You're not only going to save yourself time but money as well. Eric Matheny is a very knowledgeable lawyer whom is trustworthy and handles yur case with upmost professionalism. I have no words to express my gratitude. With that said, once everything was resolved in court I was able to make good on my license, get insurance and am currently driving my car. Something I thought was completely hopeless Eric was able to handle it and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Eric for all your help!!!
