Knowledgeable and Efficient

Eric Matheny saved me a lot of stress and anxiety! He was knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. He took the burden of navigating the legal system off my plate and got my case dismissed. I would definitely recommend him!

Eric Matheny is an outstanding attorney

I had been trying to handle a personal legal matter on my own, but I eventually realized I was in over my head. I called Eric Matheny for help, and during the call, he was generous with his time, respectful of my situation, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to talk to. I hired him immedia...tely to finish the case, and I'm so glad I did. From that moment forward, I was able to stop worrying. Mr. Matheny communicated with me before each step in the process and updated me immediately after each development -- within minutes. It's exceedingly rare to find this level of service in any area of modern life, but it's especially appreciated when trusting someone with an important personal legal matter. Personable and efficient

To find myself in this situation was unknown territory and I was so lost on what to do or what it meant for me. I had called another attorney but they just filled me with more dread than I already had. I stumbled upon Eric Matheny’s website while trying to learn about what certain legal things meant.... Then I saw the number for consultations listed there and decided to give it a whirl. I was surprised when Mr. Matheny himself answered, as I thought it’d be some sort of answering service. Just the genuine tone of his voice already gave me some reassurance and he was happy to hear about my situation and give me some professional insight right away. He outlined the price of his services, all within very reasonable limits, and on the day of contracting his services, Eric was already on top of it, filling things to the state’s office and making progress on my case. I didn’t feel dread or hopelessness anymore with him on the case. Eric is genuine, transparent, and won’t just say the things you want to hear. Although this was a very unpleasant experience, Eric’s legal expertise made it better.

This man is awesome but

Mr. Matheny has been a blessing. I found him by recommendation via word of mouth and he lived up to every word, and then some. Helped me to resolve my issues( which were complicated and extensive) in less then 10 days and my life's looking up and back on track. I am not the most technologically savvy... person but where I dropped the ball Eric picked it up, and made sure we found a way to complete the task at hand in a timely and efficient manner. I never had to hunt him down or harrass him for updates, he is always good about contacting you regarding updates, changes, and/or decisions that need to be made.. and if you happen to need him, his calls are always forwarded to a person not a voicemail, and he always calls back.. this is a knowledgeable, honest, and respectable person. He has your back, and best interest in mind... Plus, HE DOES HIS JOB VERY WELL
