Fantastic experience!!

I called Mr. Matheny on a very late night in regards to a hit & run accident, sure enough the very next morning I was receiving a phone call directly from him where he made sure I understood all the details and felt confident enough in allowing him to work on my case. He was very reasonable with the ...price and contacted me throughout the whole investigation whether it was by phone or email but I was always aware of the process of the case. I absolutely admire his dedication to his clients and his work ethics just as much as his great and friendly personality. If I ever need a lawyer I will definitely be contacting him again. My case is now closed, with no fault and no tickets on my license, everything resolved within 2 weeks!!

Reliable and Responsive Lawyer

I can only say good things about Eric Matheny. I read his article online about the Expungement Process in Florida and I called him for a consultation. Since the very first moment he took his time to explain to me about the process and responded to all my questions with patience and clarity. I de...cided to hire Eric for an Expungement case and he kept me updated every step he made; he was also always available to reply to my questions. The expungement was granted and I am very thankful to Eric for his work. In addition, his fees are very competitive vs other lawyers I previously consulted. Bench Warrants

I was worried and frustrated after finding out I had TWO bench warrants from eleven years ago. I live out of state and thought the cases were handled back in 2007. I was unsuccessful in handling the situation myself over the phone, so I started researching lawyers. Eric Matheny had a bunch of reviews... and was highly rated online. Now I know why! He was able to reset my court cases. Within 24 hours I had two new court dates. He went to every court date. Had my warrants removed and my cases dismissed. I didn't even have to fly across the country to make a court appearance. He handled everything perfect. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most important he kept me informed on everything and did everything he said he would do. I think that was my biggest fear. "Paying someone to do something, and they take your money and not do what's promised." He didn't do that! He was very professional. He did everything in his power to help me! I highly recommend Eric Matheny.

Super lawyer

Mr. Matheny is an awesome lawyer, I had problems with license due to me being a knuckle head. I found out about Mr. Matheny online late night at work, I wrote send my request and the ma replied right back to me it was like 4 o clock in the am. Well I gave him my info he looked my license up, set a m...eeting, explained to me step by step how he will break all my tickets down, I had over 20 tickets. Each one was taken care off, and he minimize my initial cost of what it would have cost me had I not found Mr. Matheny I had no license for the past 4 years. I email Mr. Matheny on a Sunday met him on Monday, had my licence clear, no bench warrants, I didn't have to show up to court, and did not have to pay every single ticket, got my license back the following Friday. Thank you Mr. Matheny awesome later. Very professional, polite and gets the job done.

A great and honest criminal lawyer.
