Eric represented me in my DV case and prior to this I had gone through 2 previous attorneys that I was very dissatisfied with. As soon as I hired him I knew that I had made the correct choice. He is incredibly professional and efficient. Unlike many other attorneys he responds to calls and emails i...n a very timely manner. He drafted motions and documents in a very timely fashion too. He pointed out the pros and cons of my case and gave good, honest advice on how to proceed. Although my case never went to trial,his diligent work ensured that the opposing counsel made a settlement offer prior to court date. He performed a huge amount of work for the money I was charged and unlike many other lawyers is not trying to rip you off. He really cared about my case and went above and beyond of what I expected from him. I would highly recommend that you hire him.

I Highly Recommend Eric Matheny

Eric Matheny is a consummate professional. During the initial consultation, he made it a point to give me the necessary space to express my concerns while simultaneously wasting no time getting to the heart of the matter and offering a viable plan. His retainer fee and terms of representation were ...quite reasonable. Further, he prepared a technical pleading that was eloquent and concise, a good sign of expertise. At the hearing, Eric was punctual, well-prepared, and persuasive. Ultimately, the court granted the motion. I could not be more pleased with Eric Matheny's performance in and out of court and would highly recommend him to be your attorney.

Fast and Efficient

I called Eric to inquire about a warrant I had he told me his price and it was reasonable so I paid on the spot, and I kid you not he had my warrant lifted the next day! And by the time my court date came around everything was taken care of, didn’t even take a week. If you’re looking for somebody who... will handle things quickly and efficiently then choose him!

I have to say when i was looking for an attorney i called 5 and everyone was charging extremely high fees . Now with Eric he personally spoke to me and was very honest and explained everything to us. Excellent outcome

Eric is an excellent and trustworthy attorney, and I highly recommend his services. The first time I called his office to inquire he got back to me almost immediately and was equally responsive via phone or email the entire time he worked on my case. He reassured me that he’d seen lots of situations ...like mine and took care of every detail from court dates to expungement. His rates were very reasonable vs. one of the larger firms I’d contacted, and the outcome was worth every dime.
