Amazing!

I met with a few lawyers before Eric, and they all tried to rob me blind, I barely make ends meet and I wasn't sleeping. Until I came across Eric Matheny's information online. When I spoke with him for the first time he some how made me feel at ease, he explained everything from beginning to end with... out sugar coating it, and also made sure I understood he was going to be try his best. He kept me up to date with every single move he made, I was CC'd in the emails he sent out and he would contact me to let me know if he spoke to someone about my case, and he didn't rob me blind he charged fee that I thought was reasonable for a lawyer to charge for my case. I fully 100% recommend Eric to Every one he is amazing! Thank you Eric for all your help in my case!!

Excellent Attorney

Eric Matheny is the most professional attorney I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Eric represented me in a serious criminal matter and he was able to get the whole case dismissed. Simply the Best

Despite being 1500 miles away, Mr Matheny demonstrated what a being true professional is all about. With a reasonable fee, he was able to rectify my situation in a very timely manner. He returned every inquiry within minutes. He is truly dedicated to his clients 100%. I just can't say enough, how sat...isfied I was with his services. HTO after Drive Legal

I had over $900.00 in tickets on my record and was informed that I could participate in drive legal to clear the charges and be able to clear up my license. After participating, clearing my license and being able to drive again, an HTO was placed which would leave me unable to drive for 5 YEARS! ...I found Eric Matheny's information online and sent and email in which I recieved a cell phone call with 10 minutes of sending. Eric asked me for some information and let me know the steps that were needed to be taken to reduce and vacate some charges. I felt confident that this could be fixed just by speaking with him. Anytime he was in court on my behalf, he would call me with status updates. Within 3 weeks, I was already in court. Eric was very professional and well prepared. He spoke to the judge with confidence. We were in and out within 5 minutes. I went from not being able to drive for 5 years to being able to drive with a completely clean license. Thank you Eric! I would highly recommend him!

In a stressful and confusing time Eric was like a breeze of fresh air. He made everything very clear and easy to understand and always kept me up to date with any changes.
