HTO after Drive Legal

I had over $900.00 in tickets on my record and was informed that I could participate in drive legal to clear the charges and be able to clear up my license. After participating, clearing my license and being able to drive again, an HTO was placed which would leave me unable to drive for 5 YEARS! ...I found Eric Matheny's information online and sent and email in which I recieved a cell phone call with 10 minutes of sending. Eric asked me for some information and let me know the steps that were needed to be taken to reduce and vacate some charges. I felt confident that this could be fixed just by speaking with him. Anytime he was in court on my behalf, he would call me with status updates. Within 3 weeks, I was already in court. Eric was very professional and well prepared. He spoke to the judge with confidence. We were in and out within 5 minutes. I went from not being able to drive for 5 years to being able to drive with a completely clean license. Thank you Eric! I would highly recommend him!

A wonderful Attorney

We all make mistakes in our life, especially when we are young. I had an outstanding violation of Probation warrant for over 30 years due to my drug addiction when I was young . I never committed a violent crime. Throughout the last 30 years of my life, I relocated out of the State of Florida and I h...ave become a very different person . I have had a successful career, raised a wonderful son, and have been happily married for almost 22 years Mr. Matheny helped me to resolve this issue quickly and efficiently and got all of the charges dropped, the warrant quashed, and the probation terminated. I have numerous illnesses, some of which do not allow me to travel. Mr Matheny never assured me as to the possible outcome of the case. I appreciated this because every case is different as is with every judge and prosecutor. Mr. Matheny fought for me. He was always in touch with me, and is VERY easy to get a hold of and was always honest with me. I could call him or email him and would get a response within an hour if not minutes. He is a very proactive Attorney and I am completely satisfied with the outcome, it was worth every penny. He is very fair in the pricing of his cases and works very hard for you. The best of all of this is that he is honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and you can count on him to work hard! I cannot thank him enough!!!

Review

In a stressful and confusing time Eric was like a breeze of fresh air. He made everything very clear and easy to understand and always kept me up to date with any changes. He was also available to talk to whenever I had any questions. I would definitely use his services again if needed and recommend ...him to anyone. He truly is a fantastic lawyer.

Amazing representation

I was charged with three felony charges related to check fraud. Eric used his expert knowledge to help resolve the charges with one day of jail served on the day that I surrendered myself to have charges filed. The three charges were resolved with conv-cte, Noll pros. And the third charge as No Act...ion. If convicted of all three charges, I would have faced about ten years in jail. Needless to say, I am quite pleased to have this resolved and behind me having served less than a day in jail. Eric is a great lawyer. Communications through out the process were extraordinarily. Eric was confident that would be resolved favorably and indeed it was.

Outstanding

My son got into alittle trouble while on spring break in Florida. He received a 6 month program. My son has no criminal record and he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He completed his 6 month program, so we wanted to get his record clean again. We didn't know how. We contacted a few attorney...s in Florida and Mr. Matheny was a "god sent". He explained what we needed to do, what he would do for my son and how long the process would be. Well Mr. Matheny stayed in contact with us at every thing he did. My son's record is expunged and we as a family are extremely grateful for great work he did for my family and most important my son. Also we live in New Jersey and communicated via phone and mail only. Mr. Matheny is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you
