I called her office to set up an appointment, the staff was well informed and prompt to return my calls. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, I was greeted by staff and called in to the Attorney's office at the actual appointed time. I was not left waiting, and once in the Attorney's Office... she made me and my Dad feel right at home. She listened thoroughly and paid close attention to details, and got moving on our case right then and there. We paid our retainer, and were extremely happy to do so.
