When Experience Matters… We Have Over 35 Years!
I acquired my Juris Doctor Degree from the Cooley Law School in Michigan and attended the University of Florida where I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. I was admitted to practice in the state of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Since my admission to the Florida Bar in 1980, I've handled over 30,000 cases with an extraordinary success rate, and a reputation for taking cases that other attorneys drop or those cases that no other attorney in my practice field will take. My vast skills and knowledge have helped me become a leading Florida lawyer.
I'm a member of the Florida Bar Association and the South Broward County Bar Association. I'm also on the Board of Directors for the Police Athletic League (PAL) in Hallandale, and a supporter and contributor to local community and sports organizations. I am frequently a guest lecturer to law students and to civic groups and organizations.

Public reprimand means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar warns the lawyer in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
