Four months ago I served a Summons and informed that I was being sued by a Debt Purchasing company who had purchased an old credit card debt several years earlier. Right at that time I started receiving multiple pieces of mail from Attorney’s offices offering their services. I took 5 of those and em...ailed all 5 with the details of my situation. I asked if they help me? What the costs to me would be? And what they expected the outcome of the case to be? I received an almost immediate response from Christopher Jacobs. The other 4 companies didn’t even bother responding to my inquiry. He replied and let me know that he could help with my case, the one time flat fee to me (which he allowed me to pay in 3 equal installments) and that he expected to settle for a little as $1000 on a $7200 debt. I signed the agreement and submitted the payment to the Debt Purchasing company to settle the account. I highly recommend Christopher Jacobs to any and all who are being harassed or sued by debt companies. He was always prompt in his responses, professional and knowledgeable and in my corner. He was there to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of without appropriate legal representation and he did a great job getting this debt significantly reduced and ultimately removed from my credit report completely.

The credit card company sent my account to collections illegally then I was harassed by the collections company and their questionable attorney.
