Maria is by far the best family law attorney in Brevard. Prior to hiring Maria for my divorce I had already used three different family law attorneys, who did absolutely nothing for me. Maria immediately filed a motion for temporary relief and got me a hearing rather quickly. My previous three attorn...eys never even mentioned filing a motion like this. She also filed motions to compel and forced my ex to turn over financial documents. Maria did more for me in three months than the other three attorneys combined did in 2 and half years. She is smart, compassionate, and three steps ahead of the other side. I VERY HIGHLY recommend her as an attorney.

My initial consultation with Maria was free and she spent almost an hour with me. I was so impressed I retained her that same day. After mediation she filed a motion for temporary relief and I was able to see and have my kids overnight on a regular basis, which was very important to me. I was hopeful my case would not have to go to trial, but fortunately Maria never stopped preparing the case for a possible trial. My ex was unreasonable, even when I agreed to most of his terms. In the end, we had no choice but to go to trial. Maria was prepared, relentless, and did not miss a thing. I came out way ahead of what I was originally agreeing to, including more timesharing, alimony, child support, and half of my ex's retirement. If you need a family law attorney then hire Maria. I hired ms. henderson to help during my divorce. I had another attorney who talked down to me and was completely unhelpful. A friend recommended Ms. Henderson so I figured it couldn't hurt to call. From our first meeting until the very end, I felt completely confident in Ms. Henderson's ability. She... even gave me her personal cell phone and took my calls on the weekend. Her staff was friendly and knowledgable and she was amazing during my trial. She stood by me every step of the way and didn't take no crap from my ex or his attorney.
