I would not recommend Amy Romaine. She is ok. if you just need paperwork done but I found her to do very, very poor work in court representation. She had a large amount of information at her disposal, which she failed to make use of. I think that her failure to use the information concerning the pa...st actions of the parties involved in the case caused me great harm in the outcome. In addition, she omited about 20k in receipts and other important paperwork that should have been submitted to the court on my behalf. She also cost me a huge amount of money by failing to inform me that I needed to have a witness testify instead of the signed letters I had given her. When the judge failed to rule on issues that would have benefited me, she never spoke up on my behalf. My experience was that she really had a lot to work with and ruined it for me. Meanwhile, the opposing counsel had an abusive spouse who they made look like a sinless saint.
