The Rolls Royce Of Foreclosure Attorneys.

It has been an absolute honor and privilege to have got to know Joe through the foreclosure process. Joe started to impress right from the get go by immediately stopping the sale of my home the day before the sale day by acting immediately the day I hired him. Even more impressive, Joe then suc...cessfully negotiated a work out option with the bank and needless to say, thanks to Joe, I got to keep my home. Great Attorney!

Highly recommend this Attorney. He's a straight shooter and gets things done! Hired him to handle our foreclosure case that had been ongoing for 7 years. We had prior attorneys, but their work ethic was nothing compared to this firm! He was able to accomplish a Case Dismissal and an unbelievable Modi...fication in a matter of a year! Very Satisfied! This will be our "Go To" Attorney for years to come!

Top notch Attorney in all areas of law!!!

An Excellent Attorney Who Cares About His Clients and Fights For Them

We did not know Joe Colombo when we selected him to handle our case but his background is excellent and he was very familiar with the area and as it turned out knew a lot about the defendant and his past behaviour. We requested a meeting with Joe to discuss our case and he put aside other matters ...to fit us into his busy schedule because he understood we were in the area for a short time. Joe had a firm grasp of both the facts and the law after we discussed the case and he clearly explained our options and his view on how to proceed. The defendant is well known to be a person who does everything he can to slide by without taking responsibility for his actions and so it took longer than the six months Joe had hoped to bring him to trial. Joe stayed on him and his attorney the entire time, filed all the appropriate briefs and won virtually every issue in pre-trial. At our pre trial conference Joe focused the testimony he wanted to bring to the trial and made sure that we were prepared well. At the trial itself he was painstaking in taking the Court through the evidence and my testimony to support and frame it. He countered numerous objections from opposing counsel in doing so and gained the judges support in all but a few trivial matters. He was brief and strong in his cross examination of the defendant and established all the relevant information to support our case. He determined that it was a waste of the court's time to cross examine the defendant's supporting witnesses who had been sequestered during trial and that seemed like the right approach since they added nothing to the defendant's case and actually seemed to undermine it. His opening and closing statements were clear, on point and drew a clear distinction between our behavior in the matter and the defendants poor performance. He was pleased as we were that the judge chose to rule immediately in our favor after closing arguments. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Its clear that Joe is a well schooled and well prepared warrior who takes his work seriously and who wants to win for the clients he thinks have been wronged. We highly recommend Joe to you and hope that you will consider him for your needs.

Awesome attorney, great guy!

Attorney Colombo has been on top of my case from the beginning. He has always acted in our best interest. In today's world there are not a lot of attorneys I would think about recommending but I have recommend Attorney Colombo to several people and will continue to do so!
