Foreclosure

Mr.Columbo was very knowledgeable with current law and practices in court.He accomplished everything I needed to his best ability on 3 foreclosures giving me extra time to try and work things out with bank and even won one case on technicality forcing bank to retry case.I felt like Mr.Columbo did an... excellent job and would highly recommend his services.

Excellent Representation in Foreclosure Proceedings

Joe Colombo did an excellent job representing me in a foreclosure on my home. Due to external circumstances, my financial troubles caused me to be unable to continue to pay my mortgage. The mortgage was just too large for me to handle in my new financial situation. Joe Colombo kept me in my home f...or three years, during which time I was able to make an orderly transition to a smaller, less expensive home which I can now afford. Mr. Colombo used every available legal avenue to help me through this necessary process. He kept me well-informed at all times. I was very pleased with his work on my behalf and recommend him highly and unequivocally.

I can't say enough to thank Joe. I was in a divorce single dad facing my kids being tossed into the street through foreclosure. He fought for me for 2 1/2 years while I got back on my feet. Then I got a modification from over 300k To 96K. Saved my home! Reduced my principal and most of all my childre...n had a home through it all!

An amazing foreclosure attorney ! ! ! Highly recommend ! ! !

I am so blessed to have found Mr. Colombo and his staff ... I can't speak more highly of them ... They truly care about their clients!!! I was out of town at the time when I received my foreclosure papers and needed an Attorney fast ... I googled foreclosure attorneys in Melbourne and found Mr. Co...lombo, I read his reviews and ratings and decided to hire him .... SO SO GLAD I DID! They where always there for any questions or concerns that I had and if I left a message, his staff always called me back. If it wasn't for Mr. Colombo, I'm sure that I would have lost my home. I am eternally grateful for everything Mr. Colombo and his staff have done for me. Going through the foreclosure process is very scary, don't go through it without help, I highly recommend Mr. Colombo for anyone going through Foreclosure.
