Joseph Colombo know his real estate laws. He handled our case with the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We have used his firm for a couple cases and will continue to use him for all of our future cases.

The Bottom Line

After getting in a jam with a big and powerful builder, my wife and I sought the advice of an Attorney. Most real estate attorneys we contacted before attorney Joseph Colombo told us that getting out of contract and getting our deposit back from the builder was impossible. Attorney Joseph Colombo put... his experience and honesty to work on our behalf and within a few days had our contract cancelled and deposit released. Going forward ALL our real estate deals will be done through attorney Joseph Colombo.

We had a problem with our new home and the builder refused to do adequate repairs. We contacted Attorney Joe Colombo, first for consultation, liked what he said, then we hired him to represent us, taking his excellent advise. Joe and his staff provided complete and timely service. Attorney Joseph G...ian Colombo did what he said he would, and followed through untill he obtained the agreed upon results. I highly recommend Joe Colombo to anyone who has builder problems or problems with their Mortgage Company. Would contact him again if the need demanded.
