Highly proficient personalized legal council

Joseph Colombo was recommended to us by our son's attorney in FL for a legal mortgage matter. We did hire Atty. Joseph Colombo for his legal services. We are so grateful to our son's attorney for recommending Mr. Colombo and his firm being that we live in NY and needing someone we could rely on to ...help us in FL. Joseph Colombo and his staff, including Caprice, were always on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way. Very personable service that helped relax us in answering all of our questions promptly in language that we could understand. We have not used much legal council in the past so we are not all that familiar with procedures, but this legal office was always prepared and able to answer any and all questions without hesitation. They did exactly what they said they would do and gave us confidence in the outcome. Joseph was understanding and helped us to deal with our legal situation being that it was also an emotionally stressful scenario for us at our older ages. He did what he promised. I guess in all I can not have enough praise for Atty. Joseph Colombo, Caprice and any other aides in this law firm. Oh yeah, his fee was fair and not inflated in any manner. Their service was worth the emotional vote of confidence we received and paid for. Knowing a good law firm was helping us eased most of the stress of going through our legal process experience.

THE go-to attorney for real estate matters in Brevard County!

Mr. Colombo represented us in a complicated dispute with our mortgage lender, as we pursued a loan modification (due to a natural disaster hardship). Mr. Colombo demonstrated a mastery of the legal system and local court system! It was also apparent that his reputation carried a lot of weight with th...e opposing counsel. He (and his exceptional paralegal, Caprice) were kind, attentive, thorough, and clearly invested in helping us achieve our desired outcome. I can say with certainty that if you need a lawyer to represent you in a real estate matter, Mr. Joseph Colombo is whom you should retain!

Saved us!

We were in a jam with a tenant that wouldn't leave and a several month's overdue mortgage -- with practically no money for an attorney. Mr. Colombo was able to get our tenant removed (complicated by verbal agreements and "he said/she said" accusations) and pause the foreclosure proceedings until we c...ould get the house on the market and sold. He was extremely professional, presented several options including his recommendation and did it all for a very (and I mean very) reasonable cost. We went with his recommendation and he saved us from foreclosure, fees, penalties and from paying the tenants' attorney fees. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He followed through on the case from beginning to end and we walked away from the ordeal with a sizable profit generated from the house's sale (we had gone to him just hoping to be made whole). Thank you, Mr. Colombo, thank you!
