Joe defeated the bank!

I won a property at the foreclosure auction, only later to learn the documents were misleading and instead of a house, I would get the empty lot next door. What could have been a simple conversation with the bank on their incorrect documents turned into a nightmare. They fought ever angle they could ...to squash me like a bug. Joe assembled over 17 arguments on why the court should vacate the sale and won. I'm recommending his services to all my friends and family.

The best phone call I ever made was to Mr. Colombo! Joe went above and beyond to help me with my foreclosure case. Stand Up guy

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joe on several occasions. over the last year. Each time I spoke with him, whether in person, phone or text, he was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful. I always had a list of questions with me which he answered one by one making ...sure I understood all of his answers. I never felt rushed, hurried or that he needed to be somewhere else. What an amazing experience

In a time when I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel, Joseph came through and made the experience easy and successful.
