I am a single dad of a teen, that never got married and had payed Child support for quite some time with medical insurance as well. My case based on The mother trying to remove my son from the State and having very limited visitations less that what I had.
She had full custody for all legal and medical decision. So every time she got upset at me, I was pushing with no visitations right for as long as she wanted or when it came convenient for her "needing time of or not wanting to buy or celebrate a Holliday that required spending$"
After explain my situation to Pamela OVER THE PHONE she new without hesitation what to do and what to expect, straight to the point and without delay. MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF HER WAS WITHOUT ADOUGHT DEAD ON...Everything worked like clockwork, following her experience instructions things worked out very smothed and all done in timely matter with perfect results. Cautiously examening and discausing at all the posible options to achieve the best outcome.
Placing a order to not remove the child from the state, content of court for doing so and not following the Judge rulles. No nonsence when it came to mediations.
In short, we got a temporary 50/50 custody while hearing was requested and as stated with her guidance achieving 50/50 custody and stopping to the Child support order.
I have my son with me and we share equal custady and things can't be any better.... I and eternally great full for her hard work, wisdom and dedication to fighting my son's best interest...
I would recommend her any day...

In 2012 I retained Pamela Pedlow to assist me with a short-sale on a condo in South Florida during the height of the housing market bust. In 2013 the condo market value in South Florida rose about 25% and I lost three short-sales, all cash buyers, because Fannie Mae kept raising the value of the condo. Pamela Pedlow recommended a forty-year contract with the mortgage lender for me. This reduced my mortgage payments from $1250 a month to $800 a month and made it practical for me to retain the property and rent it out. A win for everybody involved.
Pamela Pedlow can be relied upon to accomplish the best possible results. I have met with her 14-15 times and she has a high level of personal and professional integrity. She anticipates problems and suggests solutions before the problem develops. She returns phone calls quickly and inspires confidence.
If I were having trouble with a foreclosure, Pamela Pedlow is the person I would want on my side. Quite simply, she’s the best.
