About me

Roger Gannam is the Assistant Vice President of Legal Affairs for Liberty Counsel®, an international nonprofit litigation, education, and policy organization dedicated to advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and the family, by providing pro bono assistance and representation on these and related topics. With offices in Florida, Virginia and Washington, D.C., and an outreach in Israel, Liberty Counsel has hundreds of advocates around the world. The purpose of this ministry is to preserve religious liberty and help create and maintain a society in which everyone will have the opportunity to discover the truth that will give true freedom.

Prior to joining Liberty Counsel, Mr. Gannam was a partner with the Jacksonville law firm Lindell & Farson, P.A., providing complex litigation and transactional services to businesses and consumers, including commercial real estate and general counsel services to small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Gannam earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to law school he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida, with a minor in Political Science. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Gannam worked full time for AT&T Universal Card Services in Jacksonville, sharing in the company’s Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award for performance excellence.

Following law school, Mr. Gannam began his legal career with the international law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P., where he gained extensive experience in complex commercial and class action litigation. He continued his career with the international firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where he represented numerous businesses and individuals in significant legal disputes. Mr. Gannam joined Lindell & Farson, P.A. in 2006, where he became a partner in 2009. At Lindell & Farson Mr. Gannam expanded his law practice to include representing individuals and organizations in religious liberty matters, and advising public bodies and officials on free speech, religious liberty, and other constitutional matters, leading to his joining Liberty Counsel to engage in full time religious liberty work.
