Fantastic Service

During 2020 as the pandemic was hitting us hard, Dan Smith helped our family with a case related to the passing of a wife, mother and grandmother. He was gracious with his time, impeccable with his word, and compassionate to our family. I could not recommend him or his firm more.

Thorough and dedicated.

I hired Dan Smith after I was injured in a work-related car crash in a company vehicle. Despite the cards lining up against me (uninsured motorist, insurance dragging their feet), Dan never gave up and was able to work things in my favor. He is personable and makes you feel like a VIP. Hopefully this... never happens again but if it does, Dan’s my first call.
