Fantastic

Dan worked tirelessly to get our case settled. We were always kept abreast of anything going on. He is very friendly and understanding. We always felt comfortable discussing anything with him. We will definitely go to him if the need arises in the future.

Dan Smith was a very professional and knowledgeable attorney and was genuinely caring about our case. Always prompt in returning calls and providing us with updates on the case progression. While we did not win the ultimate case in court, I attribute that primarily to the legal system itself that t...ook 6 years to come full circle and conclusion.
