I came to Brandt after having my citizenship application denied twice. He started the process from scratch with me, filling the application (which I had already done twice with another lawyer), when we did this I realized how many mistakes the other lawyer had made. Brandt's office was very diligent ...and throughout getting all the information rectified and updated. I had other documents that I needed to get for the application and Kelly was amazing at getting everything ready for me so I could go pick up the documents without any delays or issues. The Interview day came, Kelly went with me. I had an awful experience. The Interviewer was rude and nasty, but Kelly stood up for me, and did not allowed for that treatment to continue. After the interview she spoke to the interviewer's supervisor, she was very firm and very professional but she got her point across about how unprofessional the Interviewer was. The next day we met with Kelly and Brandt to write a letter explaining all the points we couldn't get across to the interviewer. The following day Kelly delivered that letter personally to the supervisor. After two denials, and an interview from hell, i got my citizenship. Thank you Brandt and Kelly, without your help, support, tenacity i don't think I could have done it. You guys are amazing!!!!!
