I highly recommend Austin Hogan to fight for me during my claim to obtain SSI/SSDI benefits. We have been dealing with minor bumps along the way but, we are still standing in this fight to win my case!! All is looking good, all medical/mental health/ drug & alcohol, as well as, my school records to m...y past struggles with ongoing mental health, learning disability, attendance, & behavioral records. I chose Austin Hogan from Hogan Smith Law in February ,2025 for my SSDI case because I was feeling very overwhelmed with the paperwork that is required. Jaden is my case manager, and he does a great job of keeping me informed and updated on my case. If I have any issues, I can call him, or get in ...touch with him on the portal and get it solved right away. Jaden listens and is very kind. He has assisted me with my medical records and if I send him anything related to my case , he gets it uploaded. I'm glad I have Jaden helping me because I don't know that I could deal with all the medical paperwork. I get pretty frustrated. I love that Jaden is not pushy.
