Slammed by a distracted driver

My car was totaled by a distracted driver. I woke up the next morning to bruised ribs, hip soreness and a stiff neck. Not sure if these would be life altering, I contacted Dan and was assigned Mychal Katz to represent me. Rehab for 2 months showed no permanent damage and Mr. Katz was on top of my cas...e. Driver that slammed me was under insured but I was able to avoid any personal financial loss thanks to Mychal.

You will NOT be disappointed

I was in a accident back in November and knew I needed help, I always saw the billboards on I-4 or seen commercials on TV so I knew who to call. Once I called Dan Newlines Office they took my case and hit the ground running. They were always on top of everything and always took the time to call/Email... just to check in and make sure I was ok. If you are looking for someone to help you with a case I HIGH! recommend Dan Newlines Office because they are there with you every step of the way and makes sure you're case is taken care of in a timely manner.

I was involved in an auto accident and Justin Duff at Dan Newlin's office was my lawyer and I could not have been any happier. He was extremely professionally, knowledgeable and although I had a what I would consider a small claim he treated me in every step of the way like I was a million dollar cli...ent. The entire process with Justin was certainly all about ME and what was best for ME.If you ever need a lawyer I could not recommend Justin Duff any higher. He is truly a five star lawyer.

Pleaseantly surprise

I was involve in a small car accident in june 2019. I was hesitant to call a well known Lawyer thinking that they will not take my case because after all it was an small case. Then just to proof that the big name lawyers do not get involve with small cases, I call the office of Dan Newlin, I was so w...rong, they to my information and in few hours I was talking to someone from his office in my house, yes they came to my residence, the next day Mrs Sammons called, and provideme with detail information about my situation, the phone number where she could be reach and keep me inform along the way with updates on the case. I hope that if anyone get involve in a accident, call Dan Newlin office, you will be pleasently surprise with the way the will take care of your case regardless if is an small or a huge accident they will treat you the same, with respect, and will get you what you rightfully deserve. I was involved in a hit and run and was injured, A family member suggested I speak with Dan Newlin' s office. I am so glad I did they worked with me in all aspects of my case. Angela Sammons is wonderful if I had any questions she was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. ... Attorney Kim was also wonderful. I worked with him and I felt like I had known him all my life. Even though the circumstance was serious we were able to have a few laughs. I am so happy I hired this firm to represent me and If I ever need a attorney again I will definitely call them.
