Thank you Dan Newlin and Team!! My Attorney, Mr. Jason Grundorf

I was involved in a minor car accident back in March of this year, and decided to call the law offices of Dan Newlin. I knew about Dan Newlin from my dad's accident and that's the firm he chose with great results as well. I was well pleased with my Attorney Mr. Jason Grundorf who dove right in and a...ccepted my case and went straight to work. Mr. Grundorf worked hard and diligently to get me the best compensation possible for my case and for that I am grateful. He wanted me to keep him updated with appointments and he also asked how I was feeling each time we spoke. I felt that he genuinely cared about my well being and not just asking out of traditional practice. I firmly believe that Dan Newlin and Partners go above and beyond to see that their clients are satisfied with their results. Car Accident

I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault and due to my injuries I was hospitalized, I knew I needed a lawyer that could represent me and I decided to call Dan Newlan and I am glad I did , I was represented by Mr. Mikael Hirsch and thanks to his hard work and dedication I settled and I ...am happy with the outcome thanks again Mr. Hirsch . The very first phone call set the tone of what was to come with Dan Newlin and his team. I called not knowing what to do ,to being empowered by what could be done for me. I had a letter sent to me from Dan "himself" ,I did not expect that, but it was nice to know he cared. I cannot say enough ...good things about my attorney Rachel Kilbert. She was always very timely on updates ,returned phone calls and text messages. We had preset times scheduled to review updates, which I thought was awesome !! Knowing she had been an accident victim herself, she really did know what I was going though and was always reassuring. The first offer that came in was not a good one,Rachel told me not to worry,she went right to work , and within a month we accepted the 2nd offer. Thank you Dan and Rachel for helping me, when I needed it the most.

Respect and Good Hard Work

At first I didn't know where to turn.From my prior experience I knew, the loudest kid on the block wasn't always the best Mr. Newlin and his team, from day one was there for all my medical and legal needs. No stone unturned and nothing denied if I asked for it.They work hard and have more integrity t...han you can imagine for lawyers ha ha. As we went back and forth with the insurance company ,Shaqita came in introducing Mr. Jackson a tried and true trial attorney. Dan Newlin injury attorneys, Joe Scarpa lawyer.

Joe Scarpa.. Sharon and their team did an excellent job on my case. They answered and or returned calls promptly which doesn't always happen with law firms so I was impressed right from the beginning. They were patient with me getting certain things in as I am still working as well as being in some ...pain, but they worked with me through that which I appreciated. Aaron also was great to work with. They always answered any questions I had, and explained things to me quite well. It did take some years, but my payment was quite a bit more than I thought it would be, as the other insurance company was trying everything to not pay me. I was glad I did not accept the $1,000 they initially offered me, as I did end up having to see my regular chiropractor a lotmore than usual !! and finally had to have surgery. I would recommend this firm to everyone. Thanks.
