Extraordinary Performance !!

I can’t say enough about the team at Dan Newlin! They provided outstanding service and council that not only saved my life, also provided me an opportunity to begin a new life. I was rear ended by an uninsured, unlicensed and unregistered young man. I was stopped at a light turning left, when the d...river in the right turning lane swerved and crashed into me at high speed. My spine was collapsed. I suffered unimaginable crippling pain. Dan Newlin’s team got me into a top Orthopaedics surgeon, Dr Manzanares, who performed a 6 hour reconstructive surgery that truly saved my life and livelihood. Attorney Brian Rush worked swiftly and brilliantly. Within a year after my surgery, I received a substantial settlement allowing me to rebuild my life and return to my career. Today, I am 62 and have fully recovered. I’ve been able to resume my active exercise life style of Pilates, yoga and water aerobics. I also want to thank Miranda and Bianca for their frequent communication and support through this process. From attorney Rush to the paralegals and assistants, calls were returned promptly, and with compassion. I recommend the incredible team at Dan Newlin and thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Liza Serrano attorney for Dan newlin

I'm writing this in reference to Miss Liza Serrano for Dan newlin law firm. One word to describe Miss Liza Serrano (Extremely professional). I had one attorney before I switched to Dan newlin law firm. What I got rid of him cuz he was not doing a proper procedures or anything to do with the case. I g...ot rid of that attorney and switch to Dan newlin. Immediately everything that the previous lawyer couldn't do miss missa ceramic got it done in no time.I've never had a lawsuit before this is my first she very much educated me on what and how things are going to go what I must do and what she will do and everything she said she will do she did and more.her professionalism is so high of a standard when dealing with her it feels like you're dealing with a personal friend.so I must say started out with one lawyer who wasn't doing what he was supposed to do and then switching to this law firm is the difference between night and day I Miss Liza Serrano is very much responsible for that. Now in detail Miss Liza Serrano kept me updated with everything I didn't have to guess or have to be calling her every minute to find out anything. Anytime I called or text she responds right away any questions I have or had she responded and educated me very much on anything that I ask pertaining to my case. As far as I can see she didn't miss a beat she didn't cut no corners and I actually got educated very much dealing with Miss Serrano. I am very much satisfied with how many Serrano handle my case had an answer for all of my questions showed me what to do and what she will do and she done everything that she said so to make a long story short I very much appreciate Miss Liza Serrano for everything that she did. The date of March 8th, 2020, while attempting to receive a less than (5) minutes Car Wash at a local facility, I was rear ended multiple times, during the wash process. Unaware of what was going I turned quickly (after the initial impact) to look over my R-Shoulder (sustaining multiple injries) as I... attempted to look to the rear of my vehicle, seat belt on, to confirm what was happening. The reckless driver backed up his vehicle and shifted forward, would continue to and repeatedly impact my vehicle multiple times, until he'd eventually pressed his gas petal, thrusting my vehicle and self out of the Car Wash; just a matter of feet from hitting a metal bar and or into the open streets. I'd then on March 9, 2020 date, would contact (by former satisfied client's refferal) The Law Offices of Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. I was contacted, by a On Site Case Representative, he'd assigned a next day, March 9th, 2020, home on site visit: I was greeted and treated with both coutesy and empathy. The Case Representative was informative, understandings and regarded me with a total respect. As my initial info was collected, my vehicle's initial damages viewed, photos were taken and submitted. The following day, March 10th, I would be contacted by, Thomas Sherod, Attorney At Law, who also listened respectfully, mindfully cared for my needes and advised thoroughly/informatively of the works/proceedures and road to be faced ahead. I felt competent I'd selected the right Law Firm. I'd later and periodically receive the likewise care and assistance as I was aided informatively by Legal Assistant, Brittney Haniff. Although, I may have wanted the process to speedily be concluded, I'd later realize and it was confirmed that all things worked together for good. In the concluding finalizing days of the case, Attorney, Mr. Sherod would called and greet me with such a great since confidence and pure pride as he'd worked to diligently close out my case. Having received the estimated totals showing the initial and final financial reports, I could see the proud labour put forth into ensuring I walked away with benefits that would aide in my current and future needs. I highly recommend

First off, I am disappointed with the negative reviews, because I did not experience any kind of negative service. I am absolutely amazed by Dan Newlin's law office!! The law office was assertive with the other insurance company and kept me updated on the entire process. My attorney, Emily Stottle...myer, always answered my emails, text messages, phone calls promptly. She was understanding, caring, but maintained a professional attitude. She informed me from the start Dan Newlin's office can and will win my case! They are experienced and frankly, I don't know why anyone involved in a car accident would go to anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Newlin's law office!!

Amazing team took great care

Team was professional, responsive and kind. They took care of my needs and made the process of recovery as seamless as they could. I am still working to heal my pain but the support and guidance I received from this team is superior service. I have worked with others like Chanfrau and Morgan and Morg...an for a previous other case and it always appeared I was getting the run around. Dan’s team is effective and efficient with their communication and honest about their expectations.
