Great experience from beginning to end!

I was rear ended by a driver and severely injured my back and with the help of Dan Newlins team and Lawyer Thomas Sherod, I had a very smooth experience from beginning to end. From any questions I had up until the settlement I received! I couldn't recommend Thomas and Dan more they are great!!

Took great care of my family and minor son

I am the mother of a child assigned to Connor Kelly as our accident attorney! The firm while Dan Newlin has a great reputation I never met Dan Newlin, my attorney was Connor Kelly who surpassed our expectations as parents for our son. It was a three party accident case and Connor Kelly was assigned t...o us. And luckily for us because he is top notch at his job. He took time to speak to my 15 year old son and was as gentle and knowledgeable as ever while doing so. Accidents are obviously very rough for an entire family but when you have a minor who’s very inquisitive and wants to speak for himself you need a really good attorney for that. And that is exactly what Connor Kelly did for my son. I hope and pray nobody has to have an attorney for any injuries, however it is good to know there are Connor Kelly’s still in this world to help. If he did t work for Dan Newlin I’d find him and use him regardless because he cares just a bit more than some other attorneys! And that makes all the difference! As a mother I’d have him represent my son in any situation god forbid he needed to. Dan Newlins firm yes definitely great! Having an attorney like Connor working there even better!

Car Accident

I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault and due to my injuries I was hospitalized, I knew I needed a lawyer that could represent me and I decided to call Dan Newlan and I am glad I did , I was represented by Mr. Mikael Hirsch and thanks to his hard work and dedication I settled and I ...am happy with the outcome thanks again Mr. Hirsch . The very first phone call set the tone of what was to come with Dan Newlin and his team. I called not knowing what to do ,to being empowered by what could be done for me. I had a letter sent to me from Dan "himself" ,I did not expect that, but it was nice to know he cared. I cannot say enough ...good things about my attorney Rachel Kilbert. She was always very timely on updates ,returned phone calls and text messages. We had preset times scheduled to review updates, which I thought was awesome !! Knowing she had been an accident victim herself, she really did know what I was going though and was always reassuring. The first offer that came in was not a good one,Rachel told me not to worry,she went right to work , and within a month we accepted the 2nd offer. Thank you Dan and Rachel for helping me, when I needed it the most.
