No happy with my results

It was very frustrating to see how my husband suffered and continues to suffer, and the lawyer assigned to him was not on his side. Mr. Fabio, in my personal opinion, did not do well, I do not recommend him. There was no communication, I was the one who called. They changed my lawyer 2 times and the...y didn't tell us. When we realized that the supposed lawyer Tiffany or Fabio weren't responding, we asked for changes and nothing happened. well i guess we were out of luck

Disappointed!!

When my husband was in a bad accident I did not hesitate to call Dan, worst decision ever!! They did not fight for us, we only received 30K which was less than half of what he made working the year before. He was out of work for a year and had two surgeries and needs two more but they said there was ...no money for surgeries or anything else. At age 62 he has been struggling ever since, I wish that I could go back in time and hire Morgan and Morgan.

Disappointed

My boyfriend called Dan Newlin after we were involved in an accident. We got hit the day before mother's day, while stopped by a wrong way driver. After therapy and 7 months of just waiting, the settlement was just a few dollars. Still suffering from constant back pain. The ads are misleading.

Disappointed!!! Disappointed!!!

Mr. Tomesko was the attorney representing my husband & myself. He had no knowledge of our case. He relied on his paralegals & assistant for accuracy. There was numerous errors and incorrect information that was submitted to the court. Phone calls & emails were never returned. If we didn't ask for cop...ies of documents, we would have not received any. Even the settlement statement was incorrect. Mr. Tomesko had to revise it. If he would have looked at it. He would have realized there were duplicate charges. He has no regards for his clients. & I would never recommend Dan Newlin & Partners.
