Best Decision

I’m proud to say I’m happy with my attorney Tamara Laso she did a stellar service on helping me out with my accident case. I was very fortunate I had her every step of the way with keeping me updated on what’s going on, being on top of everything. Making my case a smooth easy process from start to en...ding I’m super grateful with working with Dan newlin and having the opportunity to work with Mrs.Laso !

I Called The Right Legal Firm

I certainly made the correct choice in calling Dan Newlin after I was hit in the back by a mortorist who failed to notice all three lanes above Champions Gate on I - 4 were at a total stop. I cannot give enough praise to Attorney Mychal Katz who returned my phone call in a very short period of time ...initially, and anytime subsequent to taking my case. Attorney Katz is a gentleman. He called back within short periods of time as he handled my case. Attorney Katz was gracious and courteous in everycall, and although I am sure he was always busy, gave me all the time and info that I needed and requested. I was never rushed. He never failed to keep me up to date as to the progress of my case. I couldnt have asked for better representation than that which I had at Dan Newlin's office with Attorney Mychal Katz. Thank you Dan Newlin and Mychal Katz.

The very first phone call set the tone of what was to come with Dan Newlin and his team. I called not knowing what to do ,to being empowered by what could be done for me. I had a letter sent to me from Dan "himself" ,I did not expect that, but it was nice to know he cared. I cannot say enough ...good things about my attorney Rachel Kilbert. She was always very timely on updates ,returned phone calls and text messages. We had preset times scheduled to review updates, which I thought was awesome !! Knowing she had been an accident victim herself, she really did know what I was going though and was always reassuring. The first offer that came in was not a good one,Rachel told me not to worry,she went right to work , and within a month we accepted the 2nd offer. Thank you Dan and Rachel for helping me, when I needed it the most.

I was involved in a car accident and needed a lawyer to represent me. I of course contacted the Dan Newlin law firm and attorney Jonathan Ray took over my case and did a great job in fighting for my case. He was courteous, attentive and always returned my call if I had a question and I apprecia...te his professionalism a great deal .

Dan Newlin injury attorneys, Joe Scarpa lawyer.

Joe Scarpa.. Sharon and their team did an excellent job on my case. They answered and or returned calls promptly which doesn't always happen with law firms so I was impressed right from the beginning. They were patient with me getting certain things in as I am still working as well as being in some ...pain, but they worked with me through that which I appreciated. Aaron also was great to work with. They always answered any questions I had, and explained things to me quite well. It did take some years, but my payment was quite a bit more than I thought it would be, as the other insurance company was trying everything to not pay me. I was glad I did not accept the $1,000 they initially offered me, as I did end up having to see my regular chiropractor a lotmore than usual !! and finally had to have surgery. I would recommend this firm to everyone. Thanks.
