I Called The Right Legal Firm

I certainly made the correct choice in calling Dan Newlin after I was hit in the back by a mortorist who failed to notice all three lanes above Champions Gate on I - 4 were at a total stop. I cannot give enough praise to Attorney Mychal Katz who returned my phone call in a very short period of time ...initially, and anytime subsequent to taking my case. Attorney Katz is a gentleman. He called back within short periods of time as he handled my case. Attorney Katz was gracious and courteous in everycall, and although I am sure he was always busy, gave me all the time and info that I needed and requested. I was never rushed. He never failed to keep me up to date as to the progress of my case. I couldnt have asked for better representation than that which I had at Dan Newlin's office with Attorney Mychal Katz. Thank you Dan Newlin and Mychal Katz.

Dan Newlin continues to be Successful ….(myCar Accident)

. It kicked off for my car accident with Attorney. Grey Ackerman who started a great job. However, it was the expertise of Attorney, Heidi Livingston who cross the finish line. Heidi Livingston, is very meticulous in her work. She moved forward with my case with extreme thoughtfulness and dexter...ity, for a very, very successful settlement. I was extremely pleased with her counsel and professionalism. Her perseverance was impeccable and her results once again, was beyond my expectations. Car Accident

I was the victim in a car accident, spoke with insurance company of the other part and was surprised and very mad on their response. After speaking with Mr. Newlin's office my mind was at ease. They did everything they mentioned they would do; I was well informed. The team was very professional from... start to finish. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

My advocate angel Rachael : )

The very first phone call set the tone of what was to come with Dan Newlin and his team. I called not knowing what to do ,to being empowered by what could be done for me. I had a letter sent to me from Dan "himself" ,I did not expect that, but it was nice to know he cared. I cannot say enough ...good things about my attorney Rachel Kilbert. She was always very timely on updates ,returned phone calls and text messages. We had preset times scheduled to review updates, which I thought was awesome !! Knowing she had been an accident victim herself, she really did know what I was going though and was always reassuring. The first offer that came in was not a good one,Rachel told me not to worry,she went right to work , and within a month we accepted the 2nd offer. Thank you Dan and Rachel for helping me, when I needed it the most.

Respect and Good Hard Work

At first I didn't know where to turn.From my prior experience I knew, the loudest kid on the block wasn't always the best Mr. Newlin and his team, from day one was there for all my medical and legal needs. No stone unturned and nothing denied if I asked for it.They work hard and have more integrity t...han you can imagine for lawyers ha ha. As we went back and forth with the insurance company ,Shaqita came in introducing Mr. Jackson a tried and true trial attorney.
