Car accident

I was hit by a driver who ran the red light my car was totaled, when I got home from the hospital my son suggested I call Dan with some hesitation I did I was going to let my insurance handle it, But I am so Glad I called Dan Newlin's law firm from the very first call to the settlement I had nothing ...but Amazing care by all the people I encountered during the case, But I MUST recognize the Most AMAZING lawyer I've ever encountered, Ms. Morales I thank you soooo much for not giving up and being the most loyal servant anyone could ask for I say "servant" because you served me well words cannot express my gratitude to you for believing in me and never giving up the fight. May God continue to show you favor in your walk of life I sooo love you my dear. Mr Newlin!!! Just letting you know Ms. Morales IS an asset to your company I hope you recognize that already. Thank you Dan the Man!!! Ms. Morales I take off my hat and bow to you. Blessings always keep up the great work.

Colleen Fleming, Connor Kelly & Dan Newlin

I had three car accidents within three months. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The accidents were not my fault so when I was assigned Colleen Fleming as my attorney she fought for me along with attorneys Colon Kelly and Mr Dan Newlin. The facts of my case were difficult and hard to figure... out but they fought and won me a settlement larger than any of us expected. Such a pleasant experience

It’s been a blessing to work with such a great company. @DanNewlin and @LauraShields have been very informative with me and diligent in their acts to help me move past my accident and on with the rest of my life. My attorney @LauraShields is the best at staying in contact and making sure everything i...s in my best interest. Fantastic Experience, Highly Recommend

I was the passenger of an almost head on collision back in June, had the driver not yet a great reaction time this accident could have been much worse. Once we had everything settled with the EMT’s and Police we immediately called Dan Newlin’s office to see if we had a case. They immediately assigned... us a lawyer and got to work. Even though I was not the driver of the car, they were just as thorough and diligent with me as they were the driver. I was updated often, Lydia LaBar was there every step of the way with making sure that therapy, MRI’s, etc. were scheduled and taken care of. I am so grateful and thankful to what Dan Newlin and Lydia LaBar did through me through the entirety of this case and I feel that Lydia was able to obtain the most compensation for the accident that I was a part of that she could. I would highly recommend Dan Newlin and his team!

I Called The Right Legal Firm

I certainly made the correct choice in calling Dan Newlin after I was hit in the back by a mortorist who failed to notice all three lanes above Champions Gate on I - 4 were at a total stop. I cannot give enough praise to Attorney Mychal Katz who returned my phone call in a very short period of time ...initially, and anytime subsequent to taking my case. Attorney Katz is a gentleman. He called back within short periods of time as he handled my case. Attorney Katz was gracious and courteous in everycall, and although I am sure he was always busy, gave me all the time and info that I needed and requested. I was never rushed. He never failed to keep me up to date as to the progress of my case. I couldnt have asked for better representation than that which I had at Dan Newlin's office with Attorney Mychal Katz. Thank you Dan Newlin and Mychal Katz.
