Great work

I was injured in a auto accident and Whitney was very helpful to all my concerns and was considered and kind she got me to a doctor who could help and no money out of my pocket to see doctor she was wonderful five stars for Whitney and Dan and his people

Car accident

I was hit by a driver who ran the red light my car was totaled, when I got home from the hospital my son suggested I call Dan with some hesitation I did I was going to let my insurance handle it, But I am so Glad I called Dan Newlin's law firm from the very first call to the settlement I had nothing ...but Amazing care by all the people I encountered during the case, But I MUST recognize the Most AMAZING lawyer I've ever encountered, Ms. Morales I thank you soooo much for not giving up and being the most loyal servant anyone could ask for I say "servant" because you served me well words cannot express my gratitude to you for believing in me and never giving up the fight. May God continue to show you favor in your walk of life I sooo love you my dear. Mr Newlin!!! Just letting you know Ms. Morales IS an asset to your company I hope you recognize that already. Thank you Dan the Man!!! Ms. Morales I take off my hat and bow to you. Blessings always keep up the great work.

Great Experience, Definitely Hire

I was in a car accident in June 2023 in my 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack T/A. I was driving down a 2 lane highway with my children in the car and in the middle of the afternoon the driver coming the opposite direction came head on into my lane and I swerved over just in time get hit on the back dri...ver side, spun around down into a ditch, and back up onto the road. He then proceeded to put the car behind me that I was with in the ditch after side swiping her. I immediately called Dan Newlin that evening and got the process going. Lydia LaBar was our direct attorney and she was fantastic about checking in, getting therapy scheduled, MRI's, etc. set up. Unfortunately the at fault driver did not carry insurance for other vehicles besides his own. This did mean that I did have to go through my own personal insurance, but everything worked out and we had everything closed up at the beginning of this month. I am a professional basketball player and SAG/AFTRA actor, and even though many people watch the commercials they see on TV and commercials they hear on the radio about the high dollar amounts that are won, but I saw first hand the care that Dan and his team give his clients and to me that is second to none and extremely important. I would highly recommend Dan Newlin and his team for any accident case!

Fantastic Experience, Highly Recommend

I was the passenger of an almost head on collision back in June, had the driver not yet a great reaction time this accident could have been much worse. Once we had everything settled with the EMT’s and Police we immediately called Dan Newlin’s office to see if we had a case. They immediately assigned... us a lawyer and got to work. Even though I was not the driver of the car, they were just as thorough and diligent with me as they were the driver. I was updated often, Lydia LaBar was there every step of the way with making sure that therapy, MRI’s, etc. were scheduled and taken care of. I am so grateful and thankful to what Dan Newlin and Lydia LaBar did through me through the entirety of this case and I feel that Lydia was able to obtain the most compensation for the accident that I was a part of that she could. I would highly recommend Dan Newlin and his team!
