Tyler Swift and Monica Vandervar

Dan has a great team working for him. Monica started us off on a recovery path and Tyler sealed the deal. I know I didn't receive BIG money like in other of his cases however, our medical bills and repairs to my truck were all taken care of promptly and professionally. Thank You

Injury lawyer

From my first call Vernon Guirguis was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and honest about my case. Vernon made me feel very comfortable and reassuring the entire time. Any questions I had Vernon answered and kept me in the loop about everything that was going on behind the scenes. If i ever... need an injury lawyer again ( I pray not) I will definitely call Dan Newlin and request Vernon Guirguis!!

Car accident

I was hit by a driver who ran the red light my car was totaled, when I got home from the hospital my son suggested I call Dan with some hesitation I did I was going to let my insurance handle it, But I am so Glad I called Dan Newlin's law firm from the very first call to the settlement I had nothing ...but Amazing care by all the people I encountered during the case, But I MUST recognize the Most AMAZING lawyer I've ever encountered, Ms. Morales I thank you soooo much for not giving up and being the most loyal servant anyone could ask for I say "servant" because you served me well words cannot express my gratitude to you for believing in me and never giving up the fight. May God continue to show you favor in your walk of life I sooo love you my dear. Mr Newlin!!! Just letting you know Ms. Morales IS an asset to your company I hope you recognize that already. Fantastic Experience, Highly Recommend

I was the passenger of an almost head on collision back in June, had the driver not yet a great reaction time this accident could have been much worse. Once we had everything settled with the EMT’s and Police we immediately called Dan Newlin’s office to see if we had a case. They immediately assigned... us a lawyer and got to work. Even though I was not the driver of the car, they were just as thorough and diligent with me as they were the driver. I was updated often, Lydia LaBar was there every step of the way with making sure that therapy, MRI’s, etc. were scheduled and taken care of. I am so grateful and thankful to what Dan Newlin and Lydia LaBar did through me through the entirety of this case and I feel that Lydia was able to obtain the most compensation for the accident that I was a part of that she could. I would highly recommend Dan Newlin and his team!
