Helpful and highly effective in a difficult situation

I was struck from behind at high speed by a distracted driver who refused to provide insurance information. The driver was not even the owner of the car. With limited information my attorney Vernon Guirguis tracked down the owner and their insurance policy. In the end they paid for expensive car repa...irs and I got a check for 18,000$. I recommend this firm without reservation.

Jason Grundorf

I live in Idaho. I was visiting my Son in Georgia the first of this year. The very first day of my visit, coming from the airport in Florida we were rear ended when stopped at a stop light. The insurance laws are different from Idaho laws. I needed help. I was referred to Dan Newlin law. I contacted... them and Jason Grundorf was assigned my case. Jason did a great job for me. He had to work with different insurance companies to get things moving for my medical needs. I ended up needing back surgery. In the end Jason handled everything got my doctor, hospital bills etc paid. He also got a settlement for me, a lot more than I expected. All and all Jason did an outstanding job for me. I would recommend Dan Newlin law and Jason to anyone needing help when involved in a car accident or any need of a great attorney

Excellent service

You see these ads on TV about these lawyers and you wonder if they are for real, well, I was involved in a 6-cars pile up, someone told me to call Dan Newlin, I did, can't say how fast it was, but quicker than I could imagine a lady from the firm, Ms Amanda O'Neil was on top of it, case settled in ...a few months, thanks Dan, thanks much Amanda.

Automobile accident

When I first had my accident. I did not know what to do. I injuries that were very concerning. My twin sister that I call Dan Newlin. They assigned me to Belen Casco. What a lifesaver she was. She made me fill confident throughout the entire process. She and Dan Newlin made me feel like a fami...ly member. They were both amazing!!!! Belen has patience like a saint!!!! They were always there for me. I would highly recommend Dan Newlin if you have a car accident.
