Small case

I hired Dan Newlin almost 3 years ago. I keep getting bumped around to different lawyers and have not gotten anywhere. I have no idea what is going on with my case.

Horrible People

Literally never communicated with me, assigned me to lawyers who had to leave last minute and move to other states, took half the settlement, NEVER COMMUNICATED, made me wait three years and then dropped my case from poor communication left me with medical debt and crippled.

This firm is the worst don't hire them

I went to this firm my husband have multiple broken bones and a surgery with permanent damage and this company who hit my husband the is handicapped, damage my husband with a permanent damage and this firm damage the case don't send it the medical record to the other company and let the person who hi...t my husband go away selling he's company and house and left my husband with a permanent damage and no money. This lawyer avoid you, don't get their phone, never explain nothing, this lawyers are bad the company pay them to damage your case to you loose your case with debt and handicapped. This is the worse people don't hire them, they stole your money they change Medicare and in the closing you pay against and keep the money already Medicare pay. Don't hire them

The Unprofessional Service I Received @

Dan Newlin Law Firm to my case thinking that a truck caused the three car accident, upon releasing the the third vehicle ( a car ) One Hundred percent responsible for the accident, and that there insurance pay out was minimal amount of money they sent me a letter refusing to proceed with my case! The...y drop me like a hot potato? Don't believe those commercials you see on TV! They are just advertisements! Do your homework, believe me take time to compare before you jump on the ban wagon, because you probably won't get Dan Newlin to represent you, but one of the other attorneys! My attorney was terrible????

Disappointed!!

When my husband was in a bad accident I did not hesitate to call Dan, worst decision ever!! They did not fight for us, we only received 30K which was less than half of what he made working the year before. He was out of work for a year and had two surgeries and needs two more but they said there was ...no money for surgeries or anything else. At age 62 he has been struggling ever since, I wish that I could go back in time and hire Morgan and Morgan.
