Motorcycle Accident

After I was hit on my motorcycle by a careless driver, I hired Dan Newlin Law Firm, my attorney was Thomas Sherod. He worked hard and diligently to get me the best compensation possible for my case. The accident left me with a broken hip, pelvis, sacrum, and left hand. As I lay in the hospital bed Mr.... Sherod kept me updated on the case and the process that was ahead. I was thankful to have someone handling my case as I was focusing on my recovery. Whenever I had questions, either by text or email he was quick to respond. I’m grateful to My. Sherod for settling my case in a timely manner!

Injury from auto accident

After getting hit on driver's side door by person going through red light, I sustained traumatic brain injury and neck injuries. I had Rachel Kilbert (with Dan Newlin) as my attorney. Throughout all my brain therapy and physical therapy, she was always available for me. She answered all my questions ...in a timely, professional and compassionate manor. She worked hard to fight for my compensation. Although I didn't get the amount desired, Ms.Kilbert is to be commended for what she was able to negotiate for me. I highly recommend her, thank her, and thank Dan Newlin!

Promises not kept

I was injured by an old male operating a Chevrolet 2500HD for I.A.E. (company that installs &/ or services solar panels & windmills). I still suffer from the multiple spinal injuries & had to surrender my registered service animal in the process. Dan sent a card with a promise to fight hard on my beh...alf & his promises were not kept. One of his hired attorneys that represented me downplayed the severity of my injuries by stating it was a car, but it was clearly two trucks involved in the road rage accident when Robert Charles Longsdorf chose to operate recklessly on I-10. They didn't make him serve any time behind bars & if they have private investigators they never found my registered service animal that had a microchip. Lousy service deserves a lousy review. Dan Newlin does not serve the American people justice. His billboards are false advertisement for anyone willing to sell their soul.

Horrible People

Literally never communicated with me, assigned me to lawyers who had to leave last minute and move to other states, took half the settlement, NEVER COMMUNICATED, made me wait three years and then dropped my case from poor communication left me with medical debt and crippled.
