Dan newlin and Diana Davis are not professionals as attorneys for vehicle accidents and injury

Dan newlin and Diana Davis both withdrew from my case because they deemed the rear end Collision to my vehicle while my wife and I were driving on maricamp road in the Ocala silver springs shores area. They withdrew after they assigned me to sterling medical group in ocala who ordered an mri and imm...ediately began to do therapy sessions on my wife and I. After 2 therapy sessions and after attending the mri appointment I received a call from attorney Diana Davis telling me the they were withdrawing from the case based on insufficient Collision damage to my vehicle and to the vehicle that rear ended my car without even having a vehicle damage estimate. They based their decision on pictures only that do not reveal the damages under the rear bumper cover, rear lights and trunk area. It is my pinion that dan newlin and his staff pick and choose which cases to accept and are not professional at it. They immediately want you to sign a contract assign a patient care provider like sterling medical group and act like they are defending your case only to withdraw from it without cause for a withdrawal and not viewing an mri report, the highest trooper report and vehicle Collision damage estimate to my vehicle. I will not use dan newlin ever again and I Wil not recommend Dan newlin or Diana Davis to anyone for accident representation !

I went to this firm my husband have multiple broken bones and a surgery with permanent damage and this company who hit my husband the is handicapped, damage my husband with a permanent damage and this firm damage the case don't send it the medical record to the other company and let the person who hi...t my husband go away selling he's company and house and left my husband with a permanent damage and no money. This lawyer avoid you, don't get their phone, never explain nothing, this lawyers are bad the company pay them to damage your case to you loose your case with debt and handicapped. Ran away faster than my hit and run

A drunk Driver hit me in a construction zone causing me bodily injury. I called Dan, for 6 weeks he was there, then as soon as he found out the drunk didn't have bodily injury insurance, he drop me quicker than a fart in the wind. Horrible

Horrible service. Left me with tons of bills to pay on my own. No help... didn't hear from anyone for 6 months. Each time I called no one could tell me who had my case... car was totaled by a drunk driver... when you call someone would answer but they were sarcastic and had no clue what they were tal...king about... thank you for neglecting the people that relied on you for help. Never again will I use this service... Goodluck to the next set of people you screw over. I bet I'm not the only one. Neglect all the way around. I wouldn't work with them. I'll be sure to tell everyone that needs help not to call you. Disgusted in the way your people assisted me. Rude and not helpful... no peace of mind.
