The Unprofessional Service I Received @

Dan Newlin Law Firm to my case thinking that a truck caused the three car accident, upon releasing the the third vehicle ( a car ) One Hundred percent responsible for the accident, and that there insurance pay out was minimal amount of money they sent me a letter refusing to proceed with my case! The...y drop me like a hot potato? Don't believe those commercials you see on TV! They are just advertisements! Do your homework, believe me take time to compare before you jump on the ban wagon, because you probably won't get Dan Newlin to represent you, but one of the other attorneys! My attorney was terrible????

Horrible

Horrible service. Left me with tons of bills to pay on my own. No help... didn't hear from anyone for 6 months. Each time I called no one could tell me who had my case... car was totaled by a drunk driver... when you call someone would answer but they were sarcastic and had no clue what they were tal...king about... thank you for neglecting the people that relied on you for help. Never again will I use this service... Goodluck to the next set of people you screw over. I bet I'm not the only one. Neglect all the way around. I wouldn't work with them. I'll be sure to tell everyone that needs help not to call you. Disgusted in the way your people assisted me. Rude and not helpful... no peace of mind.

Disappointed

My boyfriend called Dan Newlin after we were involved in an accident. We got hit the day before mother's day, while stopped by a wrong way driver. After therapy and 7 months of just waiting, the settlement was just a few dollars. Still suffering from constant back pain. The ads are misleading.
