Injury from auto accident

After getting hit on driver's side door by person going through red light, I sustained traumatic brain injury and neck injuries. I had Rachel Kilbert (with Dan Newlin) as my attorney. Throughout all my brain therapy and physical therapy, she was always available for me. She answered all my questions ...in a timely, professional and compassionate manor. She worked hard to fight for my compensation. Although I didn't get the amount desired, Ms.Kilbert is to be commended for what she was able to negotiate for me. I highly recommend her, thank her, and thank Dan Newlin!

I wouldn't use them again.

Ok, so I read all the glowing reviews. However, my experience was that from the beginning I was being talked out of a case. All I heard was that my existing conditions would be brought up. (Maybe because I'm a senior). That my past would be investigated. 1,000 different things to talk me out of a ca...se until I had no choice but to decide to not go forward. That's not right because now I look like I lied. Just because she told her insurance that I hit her when clearly she hit me come ng from behind. Dan Newlin's office preferred to go with the other sides story.

Dan newlin and Diana Davis are not professionals as attorneys for vehicle accidents and injury

Dan newlin and Diana Davis both withdrew from my case because they deemed the rear end Collision to my vehicle while my wife and I were driving on maricamp road in the Ocala silver springs shores area. They withdrew after they assigned me to sterling medical group in ocala who ordered an mri and imm...ediately began to do therapy sessions on my wife and I. After 2 therapy sessions and after attending the mri appointment I received a call from attorney Diana Davis telling me the they were withdrawing from the case based on insufficient Collision damage to my vehicle and to the vehicle that rear ended my car without even having a vehicle damage estimate. They based their decision on pictures only that do not reveal the damages under the rear bumper cover, rear lights and trunk area. It is my pinion that dan newlin and his staff pick and choose which cases to accept and are not professional at it. They immediately want you to sign a contract assign a patient care provider like sterling medical group and act like they are defending your case only to withdraw from it without cause for a withdrawal and not viewing an mri report, the highest trooper report and vehicle Collision damage estimate to my vehicle. I will not use dan newlin ever again and I Wil not recommend Dan newlin or Diana Davis to anyone for accident representation !

Son hit bye a car

So my son was hit by a car bye someone delivering medicine for a local pharmacy here in Orange City case has been going on for 2-3 months nothing done and then they call up and say that they're not able to continue on with the case I would not recommend Dan newlin for anything
