It would certainly help if we got a $200.00 a month raise, but I still think Biden believes in and wants socialism, but I guess there is a little good in everyone. If I'd have known about Walter when I began filing for Disability and going one rejection after another, I would have not wasted 10 years of my life and kept my house. Final judgement after I got to see a judge face to face, Iwas supposed to get SSIand SSDI. The worksheeets hd been worked out for me... how the process waas gooing to work. When 12 months after my SSI had been in place, My SSDI was supposed to begin. That didn't happen because Ihadn't worked enough in the previous 5 years-NOT my fault, I couldn't work, although Iwas trying. With all of the rejections Igot- That was what wasted my time not working sufficiently enough. t didn't matter that for the 33+ years I did always work 1 1/2 jobs, my full time career and a side job. I was told time and again - It's your age. I was shy of 50. Major spinal injuries don't discriminate on Age. I learned how thy system is set up against you. BTW, for 2 years before I finally got to see my judge, I was Homeless, on the street living out of a grocery cart receiving Citations because it's Illigal to be Homeless in Tucson. Don't know where the Ciity Council thought the money for Citations was going to come from? Ilearned a lot from walter just by finding one of his podcasts on You ube, so I hadn't actually spoke wih him for a consultation. he seems more knowedgeable than the firm of total Boobs (nt being sexual, just showing how how uneducated they seem in Hindsite. I now Wonder if I have any chance of trying for again for my SSDI? Even when talking to a case worker they don't know how disability or SSA works. Talking to an Attorney to ask a question will cost money. This attorney shows that he cares by making information easily accessible and answering questions without charging you for a simple answer you should have access ...to through senior and disabled services or DHS or SSA.
