I discovered Walter on You Tube looking for current information about my Disability Benefits. While I found a couple of different people, one even stating that he is Disabled and is an advocate for Disabled people, Walter was the ONLY ONE with Accurate info! That was about 6 months ago and I have had... questions sense that were Answered correctly also! He knows his LAW for those of us that are Disabled!
