I did hire an attorney and received disability. My disability amount has been decreased when I reached 62. I also get retirement where I worked. My retirement was decreased by about $389 a month when I first retired because I was working under the fers federal retirement system. When I reached 62 m...y federal retirement was decreased again by another $389. The depot where I retired from said I had to prove that I worked from 1977 to 1981. My question is how do I prove that I was working under the fers retirement system from 1977 to 1981? My ssdi has been decreased by the $389 also. They were decreased 3 times.
