First let me say, Mr Pollack was always kind, however his work was poor. Each of the 5 or 6 times we had to show up for court he was late, usually around 30 mins. The judge called my name but my lawyer wasn't there, and this happened at least 3 times. Also, every time he did show, he wore a suit jacket which was extremely wrinkled as if it was balled up underneath his car seat or if it had been slept in. Appearance is very important in court, so tardiness and looking unpresentable is not acceptable from someone who claims to be a professional. He took a criminal case of mine for a drug offense, and after already paying him and not being able to afford another attorney, it was clear he wasnt familiar with the law concerning drug offenses. When he made my plea it was done hastily, and he attempted to make a deal that wasnt possible under Florida law. he asked to plea to the charge for a lesser sentence, but didnt realize that it had mandatory minimum. So upon our plea, the judge had to remind him that it would be impossible, and that everything had to be hashed out again. It seems he did very little in preparation for the case and everything was being done hastily while in court. It seemed he made no attempt to conduct any business outside of court concerning the case. He may be a decent lawyer in some aspect, but it is obvious he doesnt know much at all about Florida drug laws, and has very little experience. Also, at one point I mentioned I wasnt pleased, and he had the nerve to scold me like I was a schoolboy, and tell me Im the reason I was in the mess, as if I wasnt aware of that and didnt feel at fault enough. I hired him to defend me and be on my side, not to take the side of the state and feel that I should be punished because of my guilt. He seemed to fail to realize I was paying him. I knew I made a mistake, but that why I hired him. I needed help, not another person pointing the finger at me. Also, he was very hard to get a hold of or get a response from when I made inquiries about the case. when it comes to criminal drug offenses, he is the last person Id go to. When you spend thousands of dollars, you expect that there is work going on behind the scenes, and that your lawyer will know what he is talking about, that he will show up to court on time, be prepared, and look presentable, but unfortunately he failed in all these aspects.

This is my first time ever getting arrested and I didn't know what to do. I contacted Adam Pollack and he sat me down and explained everything to me. He is a down to earth person and a good hearted lawyer. He's not the type just looking for your money, he actually takes time to explain everything and answers any questions you have.

I hired Adam to represent me for a traffic ticket citation. He did a great job representing me and it was the outcome I was hoping for. He was on top of the case and listened to what I had to say. For a loyal, friendly, competent attorney, he's your man!

Adam recently helped my family with a near impossible VOP. He stayed solid and professional giving us advice without building us with false hopes. His even temperament and advanced skill got my brother out and on the streets! I had every faith in him and he did us as well! I whole heartedly recommend him and his courtesy staff. If you're unsure if your legal situation is something he handles call and let them help you. He's a literal life saver and a great guy!!!

I hired Mr. Pollack to help me with my complicated divorce and he and his secretary Amy helped greatly in preparations, and finally after my ex-wife decided not be cooperative with paperwork, he was effective in finalizing the divorce in front in front of the judge in court.

I would recommend Attorney Adam Pollack to anyone who is need of legal representation. Attorney Adam Pollack walks with integrity, wisdom and compassion as he addresses every case individually. His years of legal experience are noted the first time that you meet with him. His advice is grounded in law and he only seeks the best possible avenue for each client. Attorneys have a label attached to them but Adam Pollack shines above that label.
I was in desperate need of a specified attorney, 2 years ago. I had contacted several attorneys pleading for an appointment without any response. When I contacted Attorney Pollack, he not only accepted by phone call personally, but immediately dropped his evening plans and met my son and me at his office at 8:00 pm that night! Mr. Pollack took my son under his wing and treated him as if he was his son. He encouraged and immediately took responsibility of representing us . He has professionally guided my son and me through this horrible nightmare to where we received the best possible outcome.
Attorney Pollack represents truth and he goes beyond the norm to defend and protect each client.
So with full assurance, I recommend Attorney Adam Pollack.

I Hired Adam Pollack For A Domestic Violence Case That Should Have Never Went To Trial And He Completely Dropped The Ball On My Case. He Didnt Let Me Know That The Video From My Arrest Was Going To Be Used At Trial Until 2 Days Before Trial. Adam Said He Didn't Tell Me That There Was A Video, Because In His Opinion It Did Not Hurt Me, But Ultimately Led To The Jurys Decision On Finding Me Guilty. Adam Did Not Present The Case The Way I wanted Him To, He Made Up A Story Of His Own As To Why The Alleged Victim Would Lie, Instead Of Using My Story, Which Was The Truth. He Let The State Provide False Evidence, Wrong Pictures (Pictures Of Another Woman That Wasn't Even The Alleged Victim). Adam Said The Reason He Didn't Call For A Mistrial Is Because He Believed The Jury Was Smart Enough To Recognize The Photos Were Not The Alleged Victim, He Was Wrong. The Jury Was Obviously Not That Smart And I Do Not Feel That I Had A Jury Of My Peers, None Of Them Looked Like Me. Adam Should Have Called For A Mistrial Due To The Wrong Evidence That The State Presented To The Jury, Which I Believe Was Used To Beef Up The States Case Because There Were No Marks Or Injuries To The Alleged Victim. After Losing At Trial And Getting Out Of Jail, I Contacted Adams Office And Left A Message With His Assistant. I Have Never Heard Back From Adam, Which Shows Me That He Doesn't Care About His Clients, All He Cared About Is The Money. I Didn't Want To leave This Detailed Of A Review Because I Told Adam That I Wouldn't Talk Bad About Him Or His Firm, But This Is The Truth And I Want People To Know About My Experience With Mr. Pollack. I Simply Wanted To Put That I Do Not Recommend Adams Services, But Avvo Wouldn't Post My Review Unless I Provided Details Of My Experience As A Client Of Adam Pollack.

I was sitting in my cell not knowing why my life was being turned upside down. I was put in a cell where the air conditioning was every bit of 45 degrees. All I had was a thin blanket and a sheet. I hadn't talked to my family and all I could do was continue to pray. The guard called my name and said I had a visitor, I went to see who it was and sitting there was this guy that had not shaved, with jeans and cowboy boots. I was on one hand glad to see that my family had got me an attorney but on the other hand I was thinking where did they get this guy. The first thing he did was introduce himself, he kinda had an idea of what happened but he wanted to here from me. Then he said looked at me and said he had to decide if he wanted to take my case. He stared me in the eye, turned his head from side to side, then he said I believe you. He went on to say that I will take your case. He told me when I got out on bail that I would never see the inside of a jail cell again. I thought surely this would be over quickly but it wasn't and it tested my faith. I was facing life in prison with no chance for parole. I went through depression, you name it I experienced it. Through it all Adam was right by my side even when I got frustrated and sometimes taking it out on him. He was this quite but firm confident man that knows the law who believed he would win and at the same time staying with the process of reassuring me that all was well. The prosecutor during the trial was angry but Adam continue to be calm, for every curve she would throw he would hit it out of the park. After the case went to the jury he was right there and when the jury acquitted me of all charges he was still right there. When it was all over tears of joy and relief came over me. I highly recommend Attorney Adam Pollack to anyone, a man that specializes in all fascetts of the law, an Attorney that will be there at any hour of the day, an Attorney that continues to fight even when you become weary. Thank you for being you, the soft spoken giant that carries a big stick.

A family member was facing SERIOUS accusations that are TOTALLY frowned upon by our society and many Attorneys would not consider taking the case because of either their reputation or they don't truly believe the Accused. Well... thank GOD that was not the case with Adam. After meeting with Adam he was more than confident of the INNOCENSE of my family member and he showed it by BELIEVING and giving the family JUST THE FACTS. My family member was found INNOCENT on ALL charges!!! THANK YOU ADAM...YOU ARE TRULY A MAN OF INTEGRITY and the FAMILY APPRECIATE YOU and HONORED by your representation in this matter.

Attorney Adam Pollack delivered the IMPOSSIBLE! I was facing 20 years in prison and life as a Registered Sex Offender. Adam Pollack was able to get the entire case thrown out, dropping all charges via a granted Entrapment Dismissal Order! Ask anyone, the odds of that are so low, you should never expect it to happen! I owe Attorney Adam Pollack my life! I will definitely be hiring him again if legal representation is needed!
Not only is he a champion of individual rights, he also went the extra mile in helping me as a disabled client. I am profoundly Deaf. Not only did he take the time needed to personally repeat anything I did not hear, he requested an ASL interpreter for me at every turn as needed. Attorney Adam Pollack even brought me hearing aid batteries while I was in jail awaiting trial when the jail's medical staff and even my own family wouldn't lift a finger to help! Five Star Attorney! Amazing work! Highly skilled! I would recommend him to everyone!
