Unresponsive and like things easy; No professionalism...
My daughter was involved in a pretty bad accident in a restaurant in Altamonte Springs. Mr Manglardi was highly recommended to take on my case and help us through the problems. The case was pure negligence by the restaurant and the restaurants reactions to my, then 2 year old, was absolutely ridicu...lous. They offered no help or even sympathy to my daughters completely destroyed lip and considerable blood loss. After spending more than 8 hours in the hospital and three years of plastic surgeon visits and care, Mr. Mangalrdi said we were ready for a demand to the company. The company replied they weren't going to pay or do anything, not even cover medical expense and Mr. Manglardi's answer was to drop the case. He even had his assistant call and had no decency in calling to tell me he wasn't going to pursue the case. Since it was hard and it was not easy money, he just let it go. It seems that lawyers like easy money these days and don't like even going to court to fight for those that can't do it on their own. My daughter is now 5 and needs plastic surgery to fix her scar and we have no way financially to do it also all the time and money we spent in doctor visits, totally gone with no compensation. Mr. Manglardi is a substandard lawyer that likes things easy and his assistant isn't any better, Ed Wyca. When you have to be constantly after them for information this is not a lawyer, or a firm for that matter, that you want to hire. Why hire someone that just wants things easy and doesn't want to work for anything? This is the reason why sometimes I think lawyers deserve the reputation they get. I'm a law student and I'm sick of seeing it and now, experiencing it.
